- Several years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, FP&A, sales operations, or product management
- Significant experience in a global manufacturing environment
- Proven track record designing and implementing pricing governance, standards, and tools
- Experience with complex quoting environments (repeating SKU sales, configured products, ETO bids, long-term contracts, multi-region pricing)
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives globally
Aufgaben
- Develop and lead global pricing strategy
- Align pricing with growth, profitability, and market positioning
- Translate strategic pricing goals into practical frameworks
- Establish and maintain global pricing policies and governance
- Reestablish consistent customer quotation processes
- Improve controls for quote validity and auditability
- Standardize pricing-related master data and business rules
- Design and implement price realization dashboards
- Track and analyze as-quoted margins
- Lead initiatives to improve gross margin
- Minimize pricing leakage
- Teach and coach on pricing and commercial profitability
- Embed pricing skills into business units
- Hire and manage supporting team members
- Assess and implement intercompany transfer pricing policies
- Perform other assigned duties
