- Effective collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Communications, Market Insights, and business functions
- Ability to lead projects/initiatives driving team priorities
- Emotional intelligence and effective influencing skills
- Stakeholder alignment, trust building, and driving mutually valuable solutions
- Native or near-native fluency in professional business English (written and spoken)
- Minimal travel (10-15%)
- Schedule flexibility to serve global time zones
