Aufgaben
- Partner with the Global Head of Operations and Operations Management Team.
- Analyze and interpret financial, manufacturing, and product cost data.
- Assess business alternatives.
- Recommend optimal solutions.
- Oversee local manufacturing site budget and forecasts.
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Provide comprehensive KPI overviews.
- Recommend improvements for operating expenses.
- Recommend improvements for utilization and absorption.
- Recommend improvements for productivity and hourly rates.
- Recommend improvements for material cost savings.
- Assist project managers with business and investment initiatives.
- Evaluate business cases.
- Provide structured fixed asset data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on accurate financial forecasts.
- Provide monthly updates on mid-term resource planning.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and scenarios.
- Run month-end closings.
- Review and explain financial statements.
- Book and accrue operating expenses.
- Analyze and reclassify expenses and quality costs.
- Manage fixed assets and cost-center accounting.
- Coordinate and align with accounting service center.
- Coordinate and align with human resources.
- Review and assess balance sheet positions.
- Review and assess provisions and accruals.
- Plan and perform quarterly and annual product cost calculations.
- Conduct deviation analysis for VCE and High Speed.
- Compare product costs between Switzerland and China post-localization.
- Ensure budgeting aligns with division's strategic objectives.
- Provide input for the three-year plan.
- Create templates for business performance assessment.
- Deliver analysis for business performance assessment.
- Provide insights to optimize resource allocation and cost savings.
- Provide insights to improve inventory and working capital.
- Support initiatives within and beyond operations.
- Maintain internal controls.
- Manage financial risks in operations.
