- Support internal labels, territories, and partners.
- Guide internal partners on content submission and delivery.
- Research, locate, and validate media content across storage systems.
- Upload, download, and manage approved media files across UMG systems.
- Verify asset and metadata compliance before ingestion.
- Monitor workflows and task queues.
- Identify and coordinate resolutions for delivery.
- Add and maintain metadata in UMG systems.
- Produce accurate reports for operational tracking.
- Produce accurate reports for SLA and KPI monitoring.
- Contribute to workflow improvement projects.
- Develop documentation and training materials.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies.
