- Broad and deep knowledge of agile principles and methodologies (enterprise-wide)
- Instructional design expertise
- Experience with agile and technology-enabled L&D solutions
- Experience working in and leading agile and design thinking teams
- Expertise in AI-augmented instructional design (ID)
- Experience using LLMs for rapid content prototyping
- Experience using LLMs for automated localization
- Experience using LLMs for creating synthetic personas for leadership role-playing
- Experience with digital product development and collaboration platforms
