Global Key Account Manager - Food & Beverage(m/w/x)
Cultivating strategic client relationships for complex filtration solutions, traveling to customer corporate locations. Previous sales experience in the Food and Beverage industry essential. Significant international travel expected.
Anforderungen
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Account management or Business Development experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
- Previous sales experience in the Food and Beverage industry
- Strong time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Customer service focus and ability to create open dialogue
- Detail oriented, strong analytical abilities, and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
- English mandatory, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Aufgaben
- Act as the primary contact for assigned strategic accounts
- Travel to customer corporate locations to build relationships with key decision makers
- Determine customer needs and learn application and business requirements
- Establish and cultivate customer relationships at branch and corporate levels
- Conduct market and customer research
- Maintain frequent contact with customers via email or phone
- Travel to customers as needed and attend industry trade shows
- Lead sales presentations and annual pricing negotiations
- Conduct business reviews and present product proposals
- Advocate for customers within internal organizations and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with territory sales managers to identify and close new sales opportunities
- Ensure alignment of commercial teams with local sales teams
