Global HR process ownership and continuous improvement for ZEISS's high-performance organization. Further qualification in HR/process/project management a plus. Global roll-outs and localization with focus on adoption.
Anforderungen
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Further qualification in HR/process/project management is a plus
- Experience in HR process ownership or HR operations
- Experience in an international, matrix organization
- Experience with HCM processes
- Designing global HR process templates
- Standardizing global HR process templates
- Governing global HR process templates
- Supporting global roll-outs of HR process templates
- Practical experience with global HCM systems
- Collaboration with HR-IT
- Collaboration with external vendors
- Strong process management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Defining and using KPIs for continuous improvement
- English business proficiency
- German proficiency is a plus
Aufgaben
- Own and govern global HR process templates
- Document and continuously improve processes
- Lead global roll-outs and localization
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements
- Promote strong adoption across ZEISS countries
- Partner with HR leaders and IT teams
- Translate business needs into system design
- Configure, test, and deploy processes
- Ensure process-driven data quality
- Manage compliance and risk
- Collaborate with HR Data, Analytics & AI
- Work with relevant HR and Legal stakeholders
- Define and monitor process KPIs
- Drive optimization and automation
- Lead change management
- Train and communicate new processes
