Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field with focus on Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- Several years of experience in Procurement, ideally in international manufacturing environment
- In-depth expertise in SAP MM/IM and related modules (e.g. SD, CS, PP)
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within the ACEMEA region
- Strong knowledge of supplier management, P2P processes, process and project management, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Analytical, structured, and hands-on working style with solid understanding of project and change management
Aufgaben
- Support central purchasing processes
- Develop a global procurement organization
- Train and assist Procurement Operators and Commodity Buyers
- Participate in SAP rollouts and continuous improvements
- Collaborate with IT and Global Process Owners
- Document processes from 'as-is' to 'to-be'
- Focus on SAP MM/IM module enhancements
- Create and execute template processes and change requests
- Document SAP S/4 rollout activities
- Transfer knowledge to local teams through training sessions
- Cooperate with key users and project teams
- Ensure system readiness before go-live
- Support during the hypercare phase
- Guide international rollouts
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and IT teams
