Anforderungen
- •University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in global or regional brand management within pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- •Proven success in strategic marketing, product launches, and lifecycle management
- •Strong understanding of Market Access, Medical Affairs, and clinical development interfaces
- •Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive results in a complex, matrixed environment
- •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- •Analytical mindset with strategic agility and passion for improving patients’ lives
- •Fluency in English and ability to present at Executive Level

- •Develop and implement long-term global brand strategies
- •Create annual brand plans
- •Lead cross-functional brand teams to enhance brand performance
- •Align objectives and provide strategic guidance to country teams
- •Oversee lifecycle management activities, including indication extensions
- •Manage evidence generation and publication planning
- •Optimize brand budget and resource allocation
- •Define and manage the global marketing mix (4Ps)
- •Ensure consistency of brand messaging worldwide
- •Develop global promotional materials and campaigns
- •Create communication tools with local adaptability
- •Foster collaboration and share best practices across regions
- •Build partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and patient organizations
- •Manage global brand budget and analyze sales insights
- •Evaluate new market opportunities and product extensions
- •Collaborate with Business Development and R&D on new product potential
- •Lead and mentor cross-functional teams for performance and innovation
- •Cultivate a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust
- •Represent AOP Health at international congresses and industry forums
