- 10+ years experience as Account Executive/Manager
- Experience with B2B SaaS and enterprise customers
- Mandatory experience in RFPs
- Proficiency in Hubspot
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
- Commitment to customer delight and results
- Excellent relationship skills and trusted advisor
- Strong teamwork and active contribution
- Native German and fluent English
- Knowledge of other languages advantageous
Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of international enterprise accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact
- Provide prompt and accurate answers to queries
- Identify stakeholders and maintain CRM data
- Build and grow long-lasting customer relationships
- Explain product value to meet customer needs
- Identify and follow up on sales opportunities
- Manage renewals and up-sell processes
- Prepare presentations and deliver product demos
- Create offers and track progress in Hubspot
- Validate and process account change requests
- Handle challenging requests and issue escalations
- Contribute to personal and team sales targets
- Participate in departmental improvement initiatives
