Anforderungen
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in Operations, maintenance, evolution of complex ICT environments, and Ground systems testing and validation
- Experience using Linux and Linux scripting
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare or Docker)
- Troubleshooting experience
- Advanced English level (C1)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
Aufgaben
- Develop expertise in Galileo Ground Segment
- Understand the end-to-end Galileo System
- Assist OPS/L1 and L3 teams with problem resolution
- Assist OPS/L1 and L3 teams with system restoration
- Assist OPS/L1 and L3 teams with vulnerability management
- Assist OPS/L1 and L3 teams with security incident response
- Perform all segment manual maintenance procedures
- Perform troubleshooting activities
- Complete L2 maintenance training needs analysis and plan
- Support incident resolution and identify anomaly root causes
- Support major Ground Infrastructure Releases incorporation
- Support milestone reviews for L2/L3 maintenance handover
- Coordinate with L2 colleagues from other segments
- Support L2 colleagues from other segments
- Support continuous service improvement initiatives technically
- Maintain and evolve the maintenance and troubleshooting platform
- Provide input for Configuration Management
- Mentor new L2 maintenance engineers
