Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Software development
- Very good knowledge in modern C++ and Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Very good knowledge in a scripting language (Python, Bash, Golang)
- Familiarity with CMake, Conan, Git and Docker
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Professional level English; German would be a plus
- Knowledge of UAS concepts, flight dynamics, and standards would be a plus
- Proven experience with flight simulators and integration would be a plus
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity
Aufgaben
- Design and implement complex simulation environments
- Develop high-fidelity UAS subsystem simulations using C++
- Apply DevOps and Test-Driven Development principles
- Document simulation architectures and operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration
- Deploy, test, and validate simulation models in training environments
- Integrate third-party libraries and APIs for enhanced functionality
- Analyze and resolve reported issues
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
