- •Several years of product management or franchise lead experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- •Strategic and commercial mindset with trend anticipation ability
- •Experience in brand planning, lifecycle management, and portfolio strategy
- •Leadership experience in cross-functional pharma environments
- •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- •Proficiency in IT systems including Power BI, Microsoft tools, CRM, and Veeva
- •University degree in life sciences, medicine, marketing, or business
- •Fluency in German and English; French desirable

- •Define and lead the strategic direction for the Swiss BU Vaccines Franchise
- •Drive brand development and execution for current vaccines
- •Prepare for future vaccine launches
- •Contribute to the long-term positioning of the vaccines portfolio in Switzerland
- •Shape programs to improve vaccination perception among healthcare professionals and the public
- •Increase vaccination coverage rates and highlight the value of Sanofi vaccines
- •Lead and coordinate the franchise team
- •Interface with cross-functional teams including medical, market access, supply chain, sales, regulatory, and public affairs
- •Ensure effective execution of marketing activities aligned with budget and goals
- •Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement
- •Support the professional development of team members
