- Excellent training and presentation abilities
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Video creation skills beneficial
- Experience with SharePoint, BLOOM Channel, and SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Aufgaben
- Lead the Change Management Strategy for Finance capabilities
- Drive adoption and optimization of FP&A systems
- Support AI/GenAI adoption within Takeda Finance
- Identify and channel FP&A community needs for system enhancements
- Manage change activities for Finance solutions implementation
- Collaborate with a global FP&A community of 500 Finance Business Partners
- Deliver training through the FP&A Excellence Academy
- Lead Leadership Forums for FP&A and Finance heads
- Engage with leaders in FP&A Excellence executive check meetings
- Maintain the global FP&A Excellence SharePoint and BLOOM Channel
- Prepare global communications on Finance solutions and technical incidents
- Create informative videos using an AI-based video maker
