As a Founders Associate intern, you will dive into the dynamic world of a start-up, managing projects, screening candidates, and supporting C-Level executives while contributing to the growth and innovation of the company.

Anforderungen

• •Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
• •Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in business studies or a related field
• •At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a start-up, investment banking, or consulting
• •Hands-on experience with Google Workspace tools, particularly Google Sheets
• •Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• •Highly motivated to contribute to building a start-up from the ground up
• •Hands-on mentality and willingness to achieve results
• •Critical thinking and strategic insight to evaluate and implement outcomes
