- Deploy and optimize AI agents for practical applications
- Build integrations with APIs, databases, and CRMs
- Ensure seamless workflow integration with external systems
- Fine-tune prompts and configurations to optimize performance
- Troubleshoot issues in complex enterprise environments
- Gather technical requirements from customers and stakeholders
- Translate business needs into AI Agent solutions
- Conduct interactive demos and present proof-of-concepts
- Gather feedback and iteratively refine solutions
- Define project milestones and create implementation plans
- Coordinate project execution with internal teams
- Identify product gaps and build custom tooling
- Influence the product roadmap through deployment learnings
- Collaborate with PMs to define agent goals
- Shape product capabilities to maximize customer ROI
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
- Guide best practices for AI agent adoption
- Advise on architecture design and security considerations
- Provide guidance on scalability planning
