- •Develop and refine the FinOps framework
- •Define roles and processes for cost allocation and tagging
- •Manage lifecycle management and accountability standards
- •Evaluate IT contracts and track vendor spending
- •Provide recommendations for contract renewals and sourcing decisions
- •Promote cost-conscious behavior across the organization
- •Educate stakeholders on IT consumption cost drivers
- •Define and monitor FinOps KPIs and savings realization
- •Provide fact-based insights on usage and consumption patterns
