Anforderungen

- •Knowledge of MiCA, MiFID II, and prudential risk
- •Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
- •Understanding of MaRisk, BaFin, and product lifecycles
- •Adaptive and commercially pragmatic thinking
- •Clear communication with management and regulators
- •Proactive and impact-oriented self-starter
- •Passion for digital asset ecosystems

Aufgaben
- •Identify, assess, monitor, and treat all financial risk types
- •Own the Financial Risk Management Framework including policies and standards
- •Define and oversee risk appetite, KRIs, and escalation rules
- •Review frameworks to reflect new products and regulatory changes
- •Provide independent oversight of trading and treasury risk exposures
- •Challenge risk models, pricing assumptions, and liquidity management
- •Monitor policy compliance and recommend remediation actions
- •Support ICAAP/ICARA assessments and prudential reporting
- •Oversee stress testing and scenario analysis for capital planning
- •Develop concise reporting dashboards for leadership and committees
- •Embed early-warning triggers into management reports
- •Partner with Trading and Treasury to embed risk frameworks
- •Advise on product design for lending, staking, and margin services
- •Collaborate with Non-Financial and ICT Risk teams for integrated insights
