Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards.
- Analyze business trends.
- Provide insights to senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis against budget and plans.
- Produce monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with Finance during P&L close.
- Provide revenue and NNA estimates to management.
- Lead annual budgeting for revenues, expenses, and headcount.
- Prepare rolling forecasts with scenarios.
- Partner with Finance to reconcile financials and allocations.
- Support RM productivity analysis.
- Track sales pipelines and conversion ratios.
- Collaborate on pipeline hygiene and sales accountability.
- Design incentive KPIs and performance scorecards.
- Drive and support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market entry and exit considerations.
- Analyze resource allocation decisions.
- Support transformation projects.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Strengthen governance for FO metrics and KPIs.
- Partner with Tech/COO to enhance data quality, tools, and analytics.
