Anforderungen

  • University degree in Business Administration or Economics, or similar education/qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in credit risk management
  • Derivatives product know-how
  • Fixed Income Research background (plus)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office

Aufgaben

  • Assess and analyze credit risks for financial institutions
  • Evaluate and structure credit requests and transactions
  • Provide detailed risk assessments of counterparties and products
  • Ensure adherence to risk standards at all times
  • Serve internal clients and collaborate with Treasury and Trading units
  • Analyze and assess counterparties and exposures
  • Evaluate structural, legal, compliance, and reputational risks
  • Determine risk ratings for counterparties
  • Prepare and approve credit limits within delegated authority
  • Regularly review approved credit limits
  • Monitor credit exposure and resolve collateral shortfalls
  • Issue margin calls for limit excesses
  • Perform administrative duties within the portfolio
  • Update and maintain hierarchies of group companies
  • Release payments and ensure proper credit documentation
  • Deputize for other Credit Officers in their absence
  • Support relationship managers in credit-related matters
  • Establish regular and proactive contact with stakeholders
  • Contribute to credit-related projects and process improvements
  • Work with legal to support standard trading agreement negotiations
  • Support the calculation of Expected Credit Losses (ECL)
