- Drive business process improvements and digitalization
- Analyze requirements for P&L and cash flow departments
- Align requirements cross-functionally with business teams
- Transform requirements into detailed system-based concepts
- Coordinate concepts with business and IT stakeholders
- Establish efficient testing concepts and processes
- Conduct testing initiatives and quality assurance
- Provide training and documentation for the governance team
- Define work packages and project plans with IT
- Monitor milestones and deadlines in management tools
- Communicate proactively to identify and remove roadblocks
- Prepare cut-over plans for system go-lives
- Provide second-level support for new data solutions
