- Proven experience as Business Analyst on ERP implementations or functional consulting
- Strong understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP/AR, reporting, budgeting)
- Experience in internal/external payment processes (AP/AR automation, bank integration, payment journeys)
- Highly advantageous: Direct experience on payments transformation programme
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with non-finance stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations or comparable ERP (SAP, Oracle)
- Experience writing functional specifications, process maps, test scripts
- Exposure to Agile or structured project delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills (finance and technical audiences)
- Analytical and structured thinking with high attention to detail
- Self-starter with ability to manage workload and prioritize
- Collaborative teamwork with continuous improvement mindset
- Desirable: D365 F&O functional knowledge across finance modules
- Desirable: MS Vision, Jira, Confluence (Atlassian Suite) or equivalent project/backlog management tooling
- Essential English skills
- Advantageous: Romanian or Portuguese skills
Aufgaben
- Act as the primary liaison between finance and GFS.
- Ensure technology solutions reflect business needs.
- Own the requirements lifecycle from discovery to sign-off.
- Represent GFS in the Payment Experience 2.0 programme.
- Act as the voice of finance systems.
- Ensure D365 and connected platforms support programme ambitions.
- Lead requirements gathering for GFS workstreams.
- Elicit, document, and manage functional requirements.
- Define requirements for internal payment processes (AP, treasury, intercompany).
- Define requirements for the order-to-cash cycle (Master data, AR, bank).
- Define requirements for external payment flows.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of change requests.
- Work with stakeholders on process design.
- Ensure coherent and well-documented process design.
- Collaborate with developers and architects.
- Validate solutions against business requirements.
- Support D365 F&O configuration and design decisions.
- Ensure alignment with finance process best practices.
- Create functional design documents, process maps, and training materials.
- Own GFS test strategy for Payment Experience 2.0.
- Coordinate and manage UAT with finance users.
- Write UAT test scripts.
- Manage UAT test cycles and defect resolution.
- Support change management and user communications.
- Assist with end-user training during go-live.
- Assist with hypercare during go-live periods.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve finance processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve system usage.
- Stay current with D365 F&O release waves.
- Assess their impact on the business.
