  • Own financial and operational numbers
  • Ensure P&L transparency and rolling forecasts
  • Manage KPI ownership and investor reporting
  • Translate business changes into financial implications
  • Maintain accurate P&L, cash, runway, and budget views
  • Keep forecasts dynamic and assumption-driven
  • Build KPI and OKR system linking business to financial outcomes
  • Support major decisions with robust business cases
  • Prepare management and investor reports
  • Conduct financial analyses for funding rounds
  • Coordinate with German tax advisor
  • Drive internal stakeholders to complete tasks
  • Improve reporting structures and reduce manual work
  • Implement AI-supported workflows in reporting
  • Conduct variance analysis and forecasting
