- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar; professional qualification is a plus
- Substantial experience in controlling, FP&A or commercial finance in international environment
- Fluent English and confident working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and IFRS reporting
- Analytical strength with business acumen and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Clear communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders with financial insights
- Structured, hands-on work with high ownership, accuracy and compliance awareness
- Enjoyment of leading teams and collaborating in cross-functional, matrix-driven organisation

- Shape and execute financial strategy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
- Deliver accurate month-end closing and management reporting
- Conduct variance analysis
- Provide actionable financial insights
- Drive profitability through pricing and margin analysis
- Optimize costs
- Evaluate business cases and investments
- Assess strategic opportunities
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Oversee project accounting and revenue recognition
- Monitor WIP

- Lead and develop the Finance team
