In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to drive performance, create financial forecasts, and analyze results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and developing strategies to enhance profitability across various business areas.

Anforderungen

• •Completed degree in accounting, finance, or comparable field
• •Professional experience in finance or accounting
• •SAP knowledge is a plus
• •Experience in creating financial reports and forecasts
• •Strong analytical skills and communication strength
• •Independent, structured, and proactive working style
• •Very good knowledge of Excel and Access
• •Very good German and English skills in spoken and written (C1)

Aufgaben

• •Collaborate with the local sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving targets
• •Create weekly and monthly sales forecasts
• •Assist in planning the annual budget and preparing monthly reports and forecasts
• •Analyze and evaluate monthly results and conduct ad-hoc assessments to enhance efficiency
• •Prepare financial presentations for management
• •Develop target values for working capital and coordinate with various business units
• •Conduct profitability analyses for customers, product categories, and individual products
• •Evaluate financial aspects of investment and operating expenses
• •Ensure compliance with legal requirements and US GAAP standards
• •Support the resolution of financial and reporting inquiries
• •Contribute to the design and implementation of financial policies and processes
• •Derive best practices based on thorough data analyses
