- Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs
- Liaise with external payroll providers
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle
- Issue invoices and monitor payment timelines
- Follow up on outstanding receivables
- Maintain accurate aging reports
- Support revenue reconciliation
- Verify and process vendor invoices
- Ensure proper cost allocation
- Maintain organized financial documentation
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and track liquidity
- Flag financial variances to management
- Support month-end closing activities
- Assist with quarterly financial reports
- Document organizational processes and workflows
