Anforderungen
- •Vocational training in electrotechnical, mechanical, related field, or relevant wind industry experience
- •Experience in leading employees
- •Strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills
- •Willingness to travel within Germany
- •Familiarity with Microsoft and iOS operating systems
- •Comfort working at heights and safe operation
- •Driving licence, ideally class BE
- •Very good German and good English skills

- •Lead and guide service technicians
- •Ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- •Analyze KPIs and PPIs to improve processes

- •Conduct regular quality and employee audits
- •Monitor compliance with work instructions and material usage
- •Make operational decisions with Area Management
- •Identify training needs for employee development
- •Monitor technician working time accounts
- •Coordinate with planners to balance hours
- •Enforce all on-site safety regulations
