- Control production orders considering deadlines, profitability, and machine utilization
- Select and organize optimal procurement methods for streamlined parts supply
- Maintain master data for process reliability
- Make make-or-buy decisions
- Fine-tune production, coordinating order backlogs and capacities
- Coordinate project figures with internal customers
- Plan product start-ups and discontinuations
- Support strategic capacity planning
- Continuously optimize processes for efficiency and resource utilization
