- Master’s degree in engineering, science, or related field
- 2+ years experience in product ownership or related
- Experience with MES systems, ideally SiView or comparable
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and communication skills
- Strong coordination skills and passion for innovation
- Knowledge of semiconductor frontend processes or similar
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end ownership of the MES SiView system
- Manage Material Manager, Specification Manager, and QuMap/SPC modules
- Define and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap
- Align product strategy with Operations, Engineering, and IT
- Lead release validation and user acceptance testing
- Communicate system changes, incidents, and release plans
- Monitor 24/7 MES operations and system performance
- Evaluate interfaces with SAP S/4 and Data Warehouse
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Investigate root causes for production-critical incidents
- Represent the MES domain within the Factory Integration Team
- Ensure consistent production data and process configurations
- Coordinate routings and recipes with engineering teams
- Advance new digitalization and automation initiatives
- Support MES modernization and data analytics projects
