Aufgaben

• •Execute and control facility management purchasing
• •Manage suppliers alongside the supply management team
• •Handle operational processes within SAP
• •Optimize operating costs and energy consumption
• •Generate ESG and management performance reports
• •Oversee maintenance management and controlling
• •Monitor and commission maintenance work and inspections
• •Manage commercial aspects of refurbishments and construction
• •Prepare and coordinate tender procedures
• •Process and manage contracts
• •Check and process facility management invoices
• •Prepare and allocate operating costs for accounting
• •Handle all building-related insurance matters
• •Coordinate and monitor facility management budgets
• •Address academic and non-academic employee requests
• •Apply RICS or comparable real estate methodologies
