In this role, you will lead the development of iOS mobile components, ensuring high-quality design and implementation. Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining code quality, and innovating solutions to enhance user experience.

Anforderungen

• •iOS Developer for at least 5 years
• •Expert in Swift, SwiftUi, and Git
• •Design System Knowledge
• •Strong experience in building efficient, reusable, testable UI components
• •Proficiency in writing unit tests, screenshot tests, UI tests, and setting up Test automation
• •Deep knowledge of implementing accessibility best practices (A11y) in SwiftUi
• •RTL Knowledge
• •Vivid interest in modern technology trends and best practices
• •Curiosity in domains outside of iOS: Android development, Cross-platform solutions knowledge
• •InnerSourced products experience
• •Engagement in dev communities, community management, active contribution to open source solutions
• •Experience creating 3rd party libraries
• •Familiarity with DocC and documentation deployment
• •Familiarity with Github Actions
• •Knowledge about Design/Figma Tokens and their use in a custom Design System
• •Javascript / Typescript knowledge

• •Provide technical assessments of mobile design components

• •Collaborate with design and development teams on goals and outcomes
• •Document mobile components for community support
• •Work with clients to understand needs and resolve doubts
• •Champion the adoption of the Design System across Roche
• •Brainstorm and propose innovative solutions for community engagement
• •Evaluate new technologies and frameworks for adoption
• •Contribute to design reviews and mobile user experience standards
• •Create documentation for AI agents to assist design system users
• •Develop test applications to ensure library compatibility with AI
• •Document all components in Figma code connect
