- Serve as central contact for stakeholders
- Develop and implement global process standards
- Analyze and optimize S&OP/F2P processes
- Enhance KPIs for S&OP/F2P
- Support and develop SAP IBP
- Translate business requirements into system solutions
- Collaborate with IT on testing and releases
- Represent SCM in S/4HANA project
- Co-design future process and system landscape
- Integrate SAP IBP and S/4HANA
- Create and process change requests
- Conduct training sessions
- Create and maintain training documentation
- Provide user support
