- Expert-level OpenStack knowledge

- Cloud platform mastery (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Advanced Kubernetes management, multi-cluster operations, scaling, and monitoring
- Infrastructure as Code tools experience (Terraform, Ansible)
- Designing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
- Deep experience with Terraform, Pulumi
- Building self-service developer platforms at hyperscaler grade
- Proficient in Go, Python or Bash for automation
- Building complex automation workflows
- Advanced skills in Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- Designing SLI/SLO frameworks for distributed systems
- 5–8 years in DevOps or infrastructure roles
- Design, operate, and evolve Kubernetes platforms at scale
- Lead teams and drive infrastructure initiatives
- Diagnose and resolve complex distributed system issues
- Using metrics and tracing tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
- Performance tuning, incident response, and automating operational resilience
- Leading cross-functional teams
- Mentoring junior engineers
- Driving organizational adoption of best practices
- Developing infrastructure roadmaps and technology strategy
- Managing thousands of workloads in multi-region environments
