- Lead cross-functional strategic projects independently
- Manage all communication platforms
- Handle personnel requests
- Conduct phone and written correspondence
- Oversee comprehensive travel management worldwide
- Process travel expense reports and coordinate visa procurement
- Coordinate and monitor appointments
- Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings and events internationally
- Create and prepare presentation materials
- Communicate with internal decision-makers
- Generate and approve purchase requests and invoices after consultation
- Procure office supplies
