Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Event Technology services for small and mid-size events
- Coordinate IT planning, logistics, and on-site execution for seamless event operations
- Lead product management for GPG Event Technology, prioritizing roadmap and backlog
- Align internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders for high-quality delivery
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying standardization, simplification, and scaling opportunities
- Apply structured methodologies (Agile, ITIL, project management) for consistent quality
- Produce clear documentation, executive summaries, and post-event debriefs
