- Drive expansion initiatives
- Manage KPI discipline and performance
- Deploy policies effectively
- Build a high-performing sales organization
- Establish standard sales processes
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting
- Enhance field effectiveness through coaching
- Train and manage sales performance
- Partner with Marketing for lead generation
- Maximize customer acquisition
- Strategize and manage European distributors
- Strengthen dealer relationships
- Hold partners accountable to performance
- Assess market expansion opportunities
- Optimize or transition markets to direct sales
- Lead strategy for key accounts
- Build relationships with influential customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Apply EBS principles for efficiency
