  • •Coordinate strategic planning for research and technology
  • •Foster and support strategic partnerships
  • •Manage cooperation with academia and industry
  • •Develop business intelligence and monitor socioeconomic impact
  • •Oversee mission operations infrastructure governance
  • •Manage strategic planning for investments and budgets
  • •Analyze and interpret socioeconomic benefit data
  • •Refine communication strategies for stakeholder engagement
  • •Plan strategic events and VIP launch ceremonies
  • •Optimize knowledge-sharing and organizational learning frameworks
  • •Curate and organize Knowledge Management system content
  • •Identify and prioritize key knowledge assets
  • •Develop high-quality reports and presentations for leadership
  • •Create a strategic roadmap for the ESOC Visitor Centre
  • •Organize Innovation Cafés to spark creative thinking
  • •Capture and track outcomes from innovation events
  • •Implement and support the Directorate’s Innovation Hub
  • •Coordinate workshops and activities that encourage collaboration
  • •Identify promising startups with the ESA Business Incubation Centre
  • •Facilitate engagement initiatives between teams and startups
  • •Track progress and document best practices for innovation projects
  • •Organize hackathons and demo days to showcase innovations
  • •Support the Innovation Management Committee with project prioritization
  • •Prepare meeting materials and document strategic decisions
