Anforderungen
- Erasmus program eligibility
- First experience/passion in UX, UI, Interface, Human-Centered-Technology
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, independent work
- Excellent interpersonal skills, small team collaboration
- English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
- Advantageous German knowledge
- Punctuality, politeness, professional attitude
- Preferably studying Human–Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Centered Design, Digital Product Design, Communication Design, Media Informatics, Business Informatics, Information Architecture or likewise
Aufgaben
- Support product design and user flow thinking
- Analyze pilot user needs, behavior, and feedback
- Design and improve user flows for new and existing features
- Investigate reported bugs from a UX and usability perspective
- Map and document real user journeys based on actual usage
- Define basic UI principles (spacing, buttons, forms, colors, feedback states)
- Create reusable UI component examples for developers
- Improve and rewrite unclear UI text and microcopy
- Maintain clear UX and UI documentation for the team
- Apply UX/UI and human-centered design knowledge
- Contribute to building strong product practices
