- Erasmus program eligibility (not enrolled in Austrian universities)
- First experience/passion in UX, UI, Interface, Human-Centered-Technology
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate in a small team
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Knowledge of German (advantageous)

Aufgaben
- Support product design and user flow thinking
- Analyze pilot user needs, behavior, and feedback
- Design and improve user flows for new and existing features
- Investigate reported bugs from a UX and usability perspective
- Map and document real user journeys
- Define basic UI principles
- Create reusable UI component examples for developers
- Improve and rewrite unclear UI text and microcopy
- Maintain clear UX and UI documentation
- Contribute UX/UI and human-centered design knowledge to build product practices
