- Develop and implement account vision and strategy
- Act as an ambassador for customers within Veeva
- Nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Navigate complex sales cycles
- Articulate contextual value propositions
- Negotiate key contracts and annual license renewals
- Manage account administration
- Provide input for accurate forecasting
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Expand knowledge of Veeva offerings
