- Proven experience as a global enterprise/major accounts seller
- Ability to drive pipeline generation and manage complex sales cycles
- Strong sales forecasting skills
- Demonstrated success in selling outside pre-established budgets

- Self-motivation and strong drive to achieve goals

- Knowledge of the life sciences industry, including R&D and/or IT functions

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Create 80% of your pipeline by identifying new business opportunities
- Engage with multiple personas within the prospect/customer base
- Utilize strategies and tools to generate leads
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Leverage data to inform decision-making
- Communicate the value of the platform effectively
- Tailor presentations and proposals to meet prospect needs
- Lead negotiations with potential clients
- Address objections and secure new business agreements
- Work across multiple personas to understand unique needs
- Align solutions with business objectives
- Partner with internal and external teams for client satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
- Continuously strive to elevate your craft
