• •Partner with Product and Design counterparts
• •Shape the AI search experience strategy
• •Translate ambiguous problems into technical direction
• •Ground LLM responses in structured data
• •Improve response quality and trustworthiness
• •Tailor outputs to specific user intents
• •Guide architectural decisions for LLM integration
• •Manage retrieval systems and evaluation pipelines
• •Ensure operational excellence and system reliability
• •Oversee the internal frontend framework stack
• •Collaborate with other search teams
• •Remove roadblocks and facilitate team decisions
• •Conduct regular 1:1s and growth conversations
• •Coach and mentor team members
• •Review performance and manage equitable compensation
• •Promote continuous learning in AI engineering
• •Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture
