As an Engineering Manager of Quality Assurance, you will lead a team dedicated to embedding quality in software development. This role involves mentoring, driving best practices, and ensuring the successful release of high-quality products in a dynamic, international environment.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• •At least 7-8 years of professional experience in quality engineering/assurance for software products
• •At least 5 years of experience leading and managing an international and diverse team
• •Expert, practical experience in mobile UI and backend (Java) test automation
• •Experience in software development according to highest quality standards
• •Practical experience in software testing and test automation for mobile and web applications
• •Experience working in agile environments
• •Experience in optimizing existing processes and removing blockers
• •Passion for feedback, open communication, and continuous improvement
• •Excellent written and verbal skills in English and communication skills
• •EU citizenship or valid Austrian work permit
• •Experience with medical development and software lifecycle (IEC 62304)
• •Experience handling process and product audits by external bodies
• •Experience in Load and Performance testing
• •AI driven development / Agenting Engineering
• •Experience working in a SAFe environment
• •Experience in the diabetes industry or related healthcare disciplines
