- EU citizenship or valid Austrian work permit
- Experience with medical development and software lifecycle (IEC 62304)
- Experience handling process and product audits by external bodies
- Experience in Load and Performance testing
- AI driven development / Agenting Engineering
- Experience working in a SAFe environment
- Experience in the diabetes industry or related healthcare disciplines

- Lead a team of QA Engineers
- Champion quality throughout the organization
- Drive decisions and advise on best practices
- Mentor the Quality Assurance department
- Contribute to the evolution of QA best practices
- Ensure regular release of quality products to customers
- Guide team members for professional and personal growth
- Foster a culture of servant leadership
- Promote continuous improvement and open communication
- Engage in hands-on testing of products
- Optimize existing processes for efficiency
- Remove blockers and impediments promptly
- Translate feedback into actionable improvements
- Handle process and product audits by external bodies
- Conduct load and performance testing
- Work in a SAFe environment
