  • Hands-on experience with Flutter
  • Product experience in creator economy
  • Experience with creator tooling
  • Experience with creator monetization platforms
  • Experience with influencer-facing products
  • Experience orchestrating multi-agent AI workflows

Aufgaben

  • Lead Team Pegasus for Awin Mobile App and backend platform
  • Coach and mentor engineers for growth and development
  • Drive recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Conduct performance reviews and track development plans
  • Collaborate with Product Manager to define objectives and OKRs
  • Enable team ownership of software delivery lifecycle
  • Facilitate team discussions and resolve conflicts
  • Coordinate with Product, UX, and other engineering teams
  • Champion AI-assisted development and coding workflows
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and learning culture
  • Guide team with strong technical depth
  • Support continuous improvement and unblocking delivery
