- Support engineers in daily development
- Foster team members' personal and career growth
- Develop functionalities in small, value-delivering iterations
- Ensure high reliability of low-latency, high-throughput systems
- Partner with product counterparts for technical direction
- Design feasible, iterative solutions aligned with business needs
- Own and track tech metrics and KPIs
- Provide technical support for solution design
- Guide junior developers as needed
