Aufgaben
- Develop technology strategy with the Product Manager
- Define boundaries of the transactional accounting system
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team
- Foster a culture of psychological safety and continuous learning
- Lead system evolution to enhance the ledger's role in cash flow management
- Stay close to the code and make informed technical decisions
- Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury stakeholders
- Influence decisions using persuasive, data-backed communication
- Facilitate technical discussions and guide resolutions
- Navigate complex trade-offs effectively
- Establish metrics and processes for operational excellence
- Assess and improve product performance regularly
- Lead the team in a startup-like environment, embracing successes and failures
