- Mobilize employees and sites globally for RGC priorities and fundraising
- Support and grow key employee communities, including Roche BRIDGE and Roche Continents alumni network
- Enable site-level delivery of the annual Children’s Walk with guidance and tools
- Translate global engagement priorities into locally resonant initiatives
- Collaborate with the Lead, Strategy & Engagement for alignment and improvement
- Act as a connector across internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and community
- Drive global engagement through targeted campaigns, toolkits, and activation plans
- Build and sustain a connected employee community network
- Strengthen the Roche BRIDGE and Roche Continents alumni network
- Equip local teams with guidance, best practices, and timely support
- Develop and deliver compelling content across multiple channels
- Manage community communications calendars for consistent messaging
- Oversee and coordinate content for the RGC digital presence
- Partner with Group Communications to amplify storytelling and impact
- Support execution of engagement-related initiatives, focusing on the Children’s Walk
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and inputs for smooth delivery
- Gather feedback and engagement data for continuous improvement
