Aufgaben
- Act as the key interface between Sales, Assembly, and Manufacturing
- Plan and coordinate production orders
- Manage the workload of assembly teams
- Ensure the timely delivery of products
- Perform technical feasibility checks of customer orders
- Coordinate delivery scheduling, including assigning delivery dates
- Take responsibility for production planning and control
- Ensure timely and capacity-aligned scheduling of manufacturing orders
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and other departments
- Ensure efficient material availability and production supply
- Define production quantities, delivery schedules, and batch sizes
- Prepare demand forecasts
- Coordinate planning activities with product divisions
- Ensure timely, transparent, and effective communication with stakeholders
- Develop and implement measures to improve production efficiency
- Optimize inventory levels, lead times, and costs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within production planning and control
- Manage the transfer of new products and projects from development to serial production
- Ensure a smooth production ramp-up
- Maintain, create, and update production-related master data within the ERP system
