EMEA Supply Chain Planner(m/w/x)
Planning and coordinating raw material and finished goods supply for essential technology materials via tolling and contract manufacturing. Hands-on experience with tolling/contract manufacturing supply chains and ERP/planning systems essential. Global supply chain scope across EMEA and APAC.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Extensive experience in supply, production, or distribution planning
- Hands-on experience supporting tolling or contract manufacturing supply chains
- Strong understanding of international supply chains (EMEA and APAC)
- Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, OMP, APO)
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-region supply networks
- APICS/ASCM certification (preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (preferred)
- Previous exposure to healthcare industry (preferred)
Aufgaben
- Plan EMEA and APAC tolling and contract manufacturing supply.
- Coordinate raw material, production, and finished goods with manufacturers.
- Oversee supplier-to-contract manufacturer flows.
- Oversee contract manufacturer-to-distribution flows.
- Support new tolling arrangements and supply chain design.
- Set up lead times for new tolling arrangements.
- Ensure execution readiness for new tolling arrangements.
- Develop and maintain supply plans balancing demand, capacity, and inventory.
- Translate demand signals into production and replenishment plans.
- Manage regional distribution, including intercompany and export flows.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks from lead times, capacity, and dependencies.
- Maintain accurate planning master data (lead times, order quantities).
- Align planning models with physical flows, partnering with IT.
- Improve lead-time accuracy and planning parameters.
- Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs (service, inventory).
- Support root-cause analysis for delivery misses and deviations.
- Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, cost, and cycle time.
- Interface with commercial, procurement, logistics, quality, and manufacturing.
- Support S&OP/IBP processes with scenario and risk analysis.
- Communicate supply constraints, mitigation, and recovery plans to stakeholders.
