- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- Understanding of bare-metal software, boot processes, memory layouts, system behavior
- Familiarity with microcontroller or SoC architectures (ARM, RISC-V, or similar)

- Hands-on mindset; experimenting, probing, validating ideas on real systems
